According to the Guardian, Puerto Rico is receiving significant amounts of aid. Of course, the US media is not really covering this, because it's dumb.

I think it's important to keep in mind from all reports the devastation is widespread and traumatic, and so even under the best circumstances, it's going to take awhile.

And I think Trump is doing the right thing by staying out of the way. It will be interesting to see how his administration responds to requests to waive the Jones act, which requires ships delivering goods to come from US ports, but it looks like Congress isn't going to do that.
