Decent-sized protest formed across the street. Good coverage of it here. Costello/Meehan/Dent/Smucker all met the Chamber there. Costello walked through the crowd but did not speak.

In the tweet, Trump said that he (paraphrasing) "...just found out...." I assume that he found out from the Breitbart article. Did the Breitbart article suggest any evidence?

The other possibility is that he just got word that more stuff is going to hit the press, stuff that he thought he hid well enough that only surveillance could explain the breech. I hope he's going out of his mind. He'll continue to make mistakes as the pressure mounts. Hope he doesn't get us killed first.

No, it cited a guardian article from a month ago that claimed there was a FISA court denial then approval for some kind of surveillance of Russian banks.

So Senate Rs Portman, Capito, Gardner, and Murkowski have significant reservations with what THEY know of the House's ACA replacement - and that's before we get to Collins, and Rand Sandiego.

House Rs should just say fuck it, repeal with NO replace, and let the whole congress collapse in an ineffectual heap. Given their inertia over the past 7 yrs, no one will notice

walked by the Trump Tower today. There were about 12 cops, two with automatic weapons and body armor. There was 1 protestor with about 15 signs next to him that I guess he rotates. There were about 20 tourists taking pictures on an OK day, weather wise. Some of the tourists were telling the protestor they didn't like Trump at all.
