Gonna post this here and in the health reform skool thread because ACA is on the menu for political and health policy reasons.

I don't always agree with Joe Flower but he's a great writer and he's not far wrong about too many things regarding health policy too often.

He wrote this piece for Medium that, word for word, is far more worth your time reading than anything by Steven Brill or Zeke Emmanuel, or practically anybody. And the more good news is, it's only about 3,200 words.

Joe is more enthused about reference pricing than I am & leaves lots of "last mile" issues un-addressed, but he's capsulized a lot of the environmental forces/issues here in a crisp analysis.

Trump seems to have sympathy for the anti vax folks, and doesn't get a flu shot. The flu this year is apparently quite widespread.
