The business community sure seems to be on their heels right now. They have absolutely no idea how to handle Trump and are too concerned with being the subject of his next tweet to do anything of substance beyond issuing BS statements about not agreeing with him on this or that.

This has been the pattern since he emerged as a serious candidate. Not much has changed. Again, it goes back to the point that Trump is doing everything he said he would do and he still got elected.

Final point - and I didn't vote for him - but JFC if I see one more thing about him losing the popular vote I'm going to lose my goddamn mind.

Why? It's an incredibly important piece of FACTUAL INFORMATION that the President is currently attempting to frame as fake news.

It needs to be said over and over and over again. And over and over and over again.

Washington (CNN)The White House statement on International Holocaust Remembrance Day didn't mention Jews or anti-Semitism because "despite what the media reports, we are an incredibly inclusive group and we took into account all of those who suffered," administration spokeswoman Hope Hicks told CNN on Saturday.

Hicks provided a link to a Huffington Post UK story noting that while 6 million Jews were killed by the Nazis, 5 million others were also slaughtered during Adolf Hitler's genocide, including "priests, gypsies, people with mental or physical disabilities, communists, trade unionists, Jehovah's Witnesses, anarchists, Poles and other Slavic peoples, and resistance fighters."

Asked if the White House was suggesting President Donald Trump didn't mention Jews as victims of the Holocaust because he didn't want to offend the other people the Nazis targeted and killed, Hicks replied, "it was our honor to issue a statement in remembrance of this important day."

i'm dying inside everyday. the sheer amount of bullshit coming out everyday is staggering and i don't have time to wrap my head around one thing before another piece of bullshit comes out.


an aside, does Mike Pence wear a bulletproof vest everyday? his 'measurables' don't make any sense when i look at pictures.

"Stay is granted," The stay applies only to those currently within the U.S., but not to anyone who tries to come to the U.S. going forward. And it does not mean detainees will be released, only that they can't be deported, according to ACLU attorneys.
