I prefer splitting up electoral votes in a state. The popular vote still grants two electoral votes in states where they split it.

So the VA AG is right now announcing that we are intervening in the case pending in the Eastern District of VA challenging Trump's immigration order. McAuliffe is with him at the press conference.
