I love dogs but wtf?

Worst my dogs ever did was rip at my pant legs when I was trying to leave the house.

That is a horror story.

So yea, not all dogs are cool with people approaching them closely like that.

Everyone probably has a dog attack story on some level but that one is one of the scariest I have heard.

A friends dog attacked me once but that was because I accidentally sat on his leg. He believed in an eye for an eye I guess but I didn't need stitches.

When I was horseback riding in Utah, my horse stopped to eat and wouldn't walk anymore. I think that was my worst experience with an animal. My hermit crab died pretty quick too. So maybe that. Other than those, it's been smooth sailing.

my dog attack story is that I had friends in HS that were all in a car, they came around a bend and the driver drifted into the other lane and hit a truck head on. the kid in the passenger seat wasn't wearing a seatbelt so his head smashed through the windshield. it was that type of smash but don't break glass, so it left a Terminator style warping in the glass. a year later we broke into the junkyard it was in at night to see it and it was still stained with blood. he ended up suing the driver of the car he was in. I thought it was fucked up, but he did it anyway, and he told me that his lawyer had just won about 80K for a dog attack where the dog bit a young woman's face. he ended up getting a lot, I don't know how much, but he got a new Lexus and put a bunch of speakers in it. 2 years later I went to college and started dating this girl with a scar on her face. turns out she was the girl that got attacked by the dog and had the lawyer win her 80K. the end.

laminated glass, all windshields are required to be made that way. It does puncture (so sometimes you'll see holes thru it created by various body parts) but does not shatter like your door windows would.

When I was a kid I went into the kitchen at night to get water or something and our dog was sleeping under the table. I startled him and he attacked me, he bit or scratched the left side of my face and opened up a huge gash about a few centimeters next my eye. If it had been any closer I would have lost my eye. He realized it was me right after that and stopped after one hit, thank fucking god. My parents got rid of him the next day.

that sounds similar to a story that happened to my buddy. he went to penn state and a few of my other friends went to bloomsburg. my bloomsburg friends lived with a kid who was from some random central pa town. apparently this kid had somehow fallen through the second floor of this gym when he was in high school and wound up winning a lawsuit against the owners. my penn state buddy is a great guy, but shy as hell and wasn't too experienced wooing the ladies. well this gorgeous chick takes a liking to him and somehow it comes up that she is from this random central pa town. the light goes off for my buddy that he knows someone else from this town and proceeds to tell the gym story thinking he'll get a laugh. the girl's parents wound up being the gym owners and she didn't find the story too humorous or my buddy that attractive anymore.
