Bet I could save a lot of money if I would just make the plunge and live out of my car.

And join a health club. Or if you can find a friend with a nice shed outback that you can run an extension cord to for about 8 bucks a day, trailer park boys style.

I have a gym membership which would take care of my showering needs. This idea came to me as I was slipping in and out of consciousness/the dream world while relaxing in my car during lunch. But now I'm remembering that most of the time the heat will make this likely too brutal to be feasible unless I want to run the AC and hence the car nonstop.

I am currently SEVERELY sleep deprived, listening to some far out Sun Ra, and staring at computer code which I'm starting to believe could itself be sentient.

I suck at identifying dog breeds, but pretty sure I have a friend who shard a video of her German Shephard puppy whose name is Rommel...
Quick Google shows that GoGo is wrong with regards to the Kiwi and the Banana.

Am I the only one who thinks Auto Wits is not only a bad name for a car dealership but just a very bad name in general?

http://www.autowits.com/

Is there some clever or coy meaning by the name that is totally innocent or are they totally oblivious to recent world history or did they think it would funny to name a business that sounds like a concentration camp that exterminated over 1 million people?

Gotta admit I didn't make that connection and still don't. Although it is a dumb name, I agree. Nitwits.

gotta admit, I love to eat food more than smell it. heck, eating is smelling! unless your olfactory skills are damaged, it's impossible to separate the two. and heck, when you think about it, eating food helps you survive!

eating is awesome, one of my favorite daily habits. All of the senses are at play when we're eating, separating those is interacting just as an aside. In context of consumption though, I do like to eat to live, and not live to eat, and make attempts to always leave room for air and water. So important. Food water air and the breath is sustenance of life. Sometimes we fill ourselves to our hearts content instead of our stomachs, submit to gluttony and then pay the price afterwards. Triggering that sense of smell can bring me euphoria, which allows me to breathe the moment and appreciate the food, filling part of me up. Then maybe my minds like, "mm, i wanna taste a little bit too.", but most times it's like "ah that was good" and I notice i'm already full of the other stuff or that i'm hungry for the other stuff, and i'll top it off with the taste of food later. Think of our circumstance in time and place right now, everything we want ever is always forever there easily. Filling ourselves probably won't ever be a real problem, but maintaining that hunger metaphorically will always be a battle. I'm always reminded of this Socreates anecdote:

"Even Socrates, who lived a very frugal and simple life, loved to go to the market. When his students asked about this, he replied, "I love to go and see all the things I am happy without.”

I wouldn't like it very much if it seemed i was pointing my snout up at anybody, i select moments to indulge too. Food is fuel is energy so if my inside is asking for seconds, i'll comply. But maybe it just needs some air and water. I guess you gotta understand your pangs.

in a world of a million supplements, it's one of the only supplements that seems to have more than just bro-science behind it. there's a fair amount of evidence that supports its use for muscle gain. creatine occurs naturally in humans, and it helps create ATP, which is fuel for the muscles. we use ATP when we work out, so you're replenishing it. anecdotally it worked best for me when I was about 23. I think I gained like 15 lbs of muscle by going to the gym everyday, drinking lots of creatine, eating lots of carbs and protein, working a blue collar job, and having a much better metabolism than I do now.
