I heard that the squatty potty eliminates that and many other hardships one may endure on the toilet. I'm pretty sure you can pick one up for 23 dollars on Amazon or 10 dollars for a gently used one on eBay.

I ran three miles and then went on the bike for about an hour. Rewarded myself by having a 3500 calorie meal from Outback takeout. So that's my Sunday right there.

8. It’s a balancing act in Japan. Sometimes there’s a bar to hold on to, other times you just have to squat over it and hope the strength in your thighs will pull you through. Otherwise, when they’re placed on a shelf like here you can also use it to sit on. Thanks顔なし
