this particular event obviously lacks any real hallmarks of a false flag event beyond the usual coincidences (omg there were bomb sniffing dogs around a major public event prior to bombs going off?!) but there is enough serious political agenda currently in flux to breed such skepticism around these sort of things
the biggest and scariest problem is that the rate of atrocity in america is rapidly accelerating - what had always been years is turning into months with shorter and shorter windows between major tragedies

Like all tragedies like this, it will no doubt lay bare the very best and worst in us.
I know it's kinda stupid, but I always think of that line from Starman when something like this happens. The alien asks the main woman in the movie, "Do you know what I find most beautiful about your species? You are at your best when things are at their worst."
I really think that's true. Even though second bombs are often set to kill first responders, it doesn't stop people from running into the melee to help.
