I couldn't stop thinking about this yesterday. I dunno how fair it is to take anything of significance away from the two events, but it's a little unnerving. Viral marketing for a cartoon movie led to citywide panic, but nobody knew about actual bombs until they went off yesterday.

Look at the Atlanta Olympic bombing...first they went after the security guard, then it took them years to capture Eric Rudolph..

Much rather have them take their time and get it right then rush to unsound conclusions.It is important to keep a cool head, figure out the facts and have a responsible, measured reaction to the attack.

He actually was caught quickly (traffic stop for missing plates--had weapons in his vehicle), but the role he played took a few days to determine.

Yes of course, maybe I should expand. I wasn't saying the authorities are acting incompetently or that the perp should have been found already. I was just saying that the person(s) responsible for this still being at large is a scary thing.

good lord, the guy said it's scary that a guy that pulled off a scary attack is still at large. it's not hard to understand how some are going to be uneasy
