Well, it would be exciting, but a decided risk. Maybe moving both increases the likelihood that they re-sign Pedro? Because it's hard to imagine they would go with a rotation of Halladay/Lee/Hamels/Moyer/Kendrick with no viable option for when either of the last two either flame out or get injured.

I think you're forgetting Drabek. Assuming only 1 of the 3 (Moyer/Kendrick/Drabek) works out, it leaves them with a hole at the 5, which in 2010 may not be that much of an issue. My concern is beyond 2010. Your rotation is likely to be Halladay(or Lee), Hamels , and Drabek as your first 3 (and there's still no guarantee on Drabek's success), with the 4 and 5 left to Kendrick? Low priced FA's? 2011 is going to be the problem year.
