i doubt it, but i don't think it should be ruled out completely because it remains unclear to me which of our pitchers suffered the most from the combination of mlb messing around with the nature of the baseballs and the chris young fiasco. even if we knew which were hurt the most, and even if we knew who will be the new pitching coach and what kind of baseballs will be used in 2021... but the potential he showed in 2020 remains tantalizing.
