maybe i just suck, i cant win races, 60/40s 75/25 and 90/10s, let alone hit anything my way

time to give up this stupid idea that im any good and just quit i think. its starting to piss me off the hands some people call to raises and draw out on me with, or hands people just CLING to without actual pot odds or people that dont even seem to get wtf pot odds are or people that will call me down with their small pair or call my allin preflop with their small pair or etc etc etc screw this

Yeah, you never win those. You are right, a good poker player wouldn't lose money on those hands. He'd know when to fold. I suggest quitting.

I suggest you stop being such a jerk because I made one comment to you. There is venting, which this is, and then there's just being a sad sack, which you were being. I'm obviously not quitting, but I am wondering if I am doing something wrong and getting the money in wrong. AKA trying to IMPROVE, rather than just doing the same thing over and over adn seeing the same results or wondering why you underpair is no good to an overpair.

I feel your pain Pacino.. I went all in yesterday in the later stages of a sng with AA and somebody two players down with an equal chip amount called me with a J8 without having any chips already in the pot. They suck out by getting four hearts and getting a flush because the 8 was a heart. At those times I really hate poker and can't stand when people play crap hands in certain situations they have no business being a part of (although you do want those type of calls because a large majority of the time you are going to win in that situation). However if they folded like they should have with that type of hand you are still in the game. Doesn't feel good when you lose those type of situations.

I'm also amazed how many races where I'm the favorite odd wise only to get smacked around by bad luck and lose. But I guess that's poker and you gotta take the bad with the good although it's frustrating to lose when you seemily make the correct decisions only to be taken down by bad cards and your opponent's amazing luck.

Hellmuth wins his record breaking 11th bracelet.

Hate him all you want but Phil is definitely one of the world's best tournament players.

I'm not playing, so you'll have to call down someone else with 22 this month.

What's the buy-in?

I can't make it though because I have a 1 year old birthday party to attend in the afternoon...which is actually more like a raging kegger for the grown-ups, because 1 year olds aren't really people yet.
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

Negreanu misses another bracelet.

Was dominating the final table at event 21 in the hold em shootout event (neat event where you keep playing until your the winner of your table and then it consolidates and repeats, it's like having to win 3 consecutive sng's) but came in 3rd.
