Monty Williams also has great relationships with star players..

Lebron and Paul George still top priorities.

I think this whole thing might be worse than Andrew Bynum

Yeah I guess but I guarantee if they thought this was losing them significant money they would have done it already.

I don’t even know what I’m arguing against at this point. Is it that it’s taken a week because they won’t or can’t dump the Colangelos?

If so, why not leak things favorable to them? As opposed to the opposite.

I mean, I guess this due diligence decides whether or not he has a career post Sixers but fucking seriously just can him. He can't stay.

Because the burner accounts got shut down, obviously.

Silver might have convinced Harris to hire Jerry but he didn't MAKE them do anything. Harris likes the Colangelos. they're birds of a feather

Maybe but his signature hire was Hinkie -- basically the polar opposite. Couldn't it just be that at that juncture it seemed the Colangelos were best for business, on top of whatever pressure from the NBA?

They aren't now.

.@s_bonhams, one of the accounts allegedly linked to Bryan Colangelo, claimed Brett Brown's "insecurity" caused problems in his working relationship with Mike D'Antoni, according to multiple sources. The tweet was public for nearly 7 months prior to the @ringer investigation.

The #Sixers and their embattled general manager Bryan Colangelo had a predraft workout at the team’s practice facility today that included Duke guard Grayson Allen, according to league sources. It was not open to the media.

As far as the leaks to Woj, saying things like they are angry and embarrassed show the fans they are taking this seriously. Neither one of those is something they can't come back from if they keep him imo.

What would a public opinion poll look like right now if done by a major polling firm? Like 85-15 in terms of fire? How can they keep this going?

I wasn't really saying that -- rather, if you're gonna keep the guy, why not intimate that? As opposed to shocking everyone today or whenever
