Great game in Cleveland. Indians had a 3-2 lead and Bauer was pitching great. But Houston scored 6 in the 8th to take an 8-3 lead. Cleveland came back to tie it with 5 in the bottom of the 9th. Then Houston scored 1 in the 13th, but the Indians answered with a HR to tie it again.

they're giving him an MRI, which sounds like they think something more serious may be up. I watched the condensed game and I noticed it even before I heard he had a back issue.

Anyway, elbow tendinitis and a bad back is a bad combination. He's a dodger pitching great and he's suddenly having potentially serious medical issues. That's why I made the reference. Not hard to figure it out.

They rushed him back because they are having a bad season. If they would have given him a couple of more weeks they probably avoid this.

His velocity has gone down quite a bit, has it not? He threw mostly breaking pitches last night.

This was his first start coming back from the DL, which is why I said they probably rushed him back.
