The Pukes are the only pro sports team that I actively dislike.

Over the years, they have had no shortage of obnoxious players, but that's not the big reason.

For many of the past 40+ years, there have been long lean periods for the Eagles and for the Giants. And while some locals bail to become frontrunning fans of the hot teams (talking to you Packers and Niners fans), the most obnoxious ones chose the division rival Cowboys.

Chris Christie is about the best possible example of a c0ckroach. He has no business being a Cowboys fans, other than taking joy in taunting other New Yorkers when the Giants are struggling.

THAT is why we hate Dallas. I have Texas friends who are Cowboys fans, and they are perfectly decent folk. But out here - and especially in south/central Jersey - we suffer an infestation of c0ckroach Cowboy fans. Other than an Eagles win, there is no football joy like a Cowboys loss that sends the c0ckroaches scurrying back to their putrid underground.

Howard Eskin's entire career is redeemed for his recognition of these frontrunning scum and tagging them as the squishy vermin that they are.

Cowboys miss Murray but not as much as he misses Cowboys

Really not even worth reading, but I'm sure we'll see this theme all week. OMG only 8 carries, 9 yards what a waste of money.

weirdos

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was a little taken aback Wednesday when informed of defensive end Greg Hardy's curious choice of words to describe his return from a four-game suspension stemming from a domestic violence charge.

"I hope I come out guns blazing," Hardy told reporters Tuesday.

It was an odd statement to make, considering that automatic weapons were part of the alleged assault that occurred in May 2014 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

"Oh my goodness," Jones told SI.com when informed of Hardy's remarks.

Jones, who is attending the NFL owners meetings in New York, then paused before continuing.

"Well, you're not allowed to have guns on the football field," Jones, who turns 72 next week, told SI.com. "We all know that's just a way of expressing yourself. I hope his guns are ablazin'."

"I love seeing Tom Brady," Hardy said Wednesday. "He's cool as crap. Have you seen his wife? I hope she comes to the game. I hope her sister comes to the game, all her friends come to the game."

Jones' reaction to Hardy's comment?

"When I saw him marry [Gisele], Tom went up in my eyes 100 percent," Jones told SI.com. "She's very very attractive, and it shows what an outstanding individual Tom is."

Cassell announced as starter this week, then bye week. Our bye week is a week after theirs, so we'll be more rested for that game.

Undraftable Lael Collins will also move into the starting lineup.

Another note, Dallas hasn't forced a turnover since our back-to-back handovers in the 4th quarter (three full games ago)...Kelce-Bradford snap fiasco followed by Ertz deflected INT

I'm not gonna hold the Lael Collings thing aginst Chip. The guy had some crazy stuff going on. Dal is like the Raiders now. They don't care. 20-20 hindsight a lot of clubs passed oon a 1st round talent. I'm not faulting the team for that situation. I hate that our rival benefits and we're depleted in that area - but this one I can't blame our org or Chip.

On the day he lost his job as the Dallas Cowboys' starting running back, Joseph Randle unexpectedly left the team's Valley Ranch facility, but sources say there is more going on than just a change in role.

Randle is expected to meet with the coaches Thursday, according to sources.

Hardy probably pulled a gun on him. Randle just being a team leader.

It is fairly shocking that no one tried to call Collins' agent's bluff that he would've sat out until 2016. But I guess teams were so spooked after Ray Rice and Greg Hardy that they wanted nothing to do with him until he was cleared of the investigation.
