On some level I kinda fear they've figured it out like the Yanks. Jerry take a bit of a reserved role, and use their big $$, talented core and name to put together a team that wins a lot.
On a related level, I want to revel in how irrelevant they've been for the past decade and a half as much as possible while I still can.

I cannot convey in words the sheer hatred and loathing I have for the star-heads and Jerry Jones. That despite some recent personnel improvements it brings me great joy to see them squander it. Just a matter of time til Romo goes down, or Ware or whatever.
When these twang talking boot licking big belt buckle wearing bozos went 1-15 I was pissed they weren't 0-16.
If they never win another SB in my lifetime I can breath just that much easier.
For the Birds to win 6 and surpass them before I die, would be heaven on earth.

I don't know if he's had any real epiphany. The Roy Williams debacle was pretty recent and instead of cutting him to free up money for a FS or LT, they are keeping around to try to justify it
Their LT situation is sort of a mess. I have a feeling we're going to like the Alex Barron era if he wins that job. The OL on the whole is very thin on depth
They have some terrific talent on their defense especially though, and offensive skill positions/interior OL
