Good point from Mitch that Cole had to pitch on a sloppy mound in the 6th and whoever comes out for Tampa whenever will have a clean mound to pitch on. Really not fair at all.

At the very least, they should've completed the inning. Why? Because if the Phillies score in the bottom of the sixth of the resumed game, the Rays can say they were screwed. Conversely, if the Phillies don't score, they could say that the pitcher's control would've been off and they were screwed by suspending the game.
