not that its surprising, but the huge blown call on the Crawford bunt is basically being glossed over. The Rays just magically got the game to 4-3 after being down 4-1

Honest question: Don't you ever get tired of harping on the praise the Rays receive and the lack of respect the Phillies get? Doesn't it get old? Wouldn't it be better just to enjoy this?

Is this a good place to say FUCK FOOTBALL

The game tomorrow should be a day game. It's the word freaking series.

Football will get us through the day, baseball through the evening. If tomorrow were a day game, I'd get to sleep in my own bed tomorrow night rather than waking up for an awful early train on Monday, so I wouldn't be opposed.

So, I'm flipping channels, looking for reaction, and I come across Die Hard. As a man, I stop to watch. It's the end. McClane and Al and Holly all hugging, and Karl busts out of the body bag... with an M16. Who the hell puts someone in a body bag WITH their M16?

Not necessarily.

I'm going to the Eagles game tomorrow, it's a fantastic time-killer to wait for the Phils game, and it will be a great party atmosphere.

Plus, can you imagine if they had to come back and play a day game tomorrow? They'd all get like 5 hours of sleep. And our bullpen might be a bit taxed.

Was just noticing this. WTF.

Though at least these guys are pointing out that Longoria is having a rough series. I didn't think any of them could ever do anything wrong. Ever.

Their 3 & 4 hitters are 0 for the WS.

Not a legitimate question? I really don't get it. This postseason has been an absolute blast. Why should we care what ESPN/the national media has to say about it? Does it really diminish the joy that you/me/we all should be feeling right now? How am I wrong here?

well, if i'm correct, flop just moved to boston so obviously he doesn't have access to local media, so BSPN is all he knows. i suffered a similar fate until i found BSG and much later purchased a slingbox

MCM is correct for those of us outside the Philly DMA. Also, when someone or some team you love gets disrespected over and over, we mere mortals can sometimes find it annoying.
