World Series 2008 Game 3 Thread

Postby Wizlah » Sun Oct 26, 2008 02:11:50

Come down dawn in one piece
Come down dawn to find some peace
Driven to shambles on a tip
I never said that I would quit
And the next song takes over
WFO-That face implies the bottle is destined for something nonstandard.
Woddy:to smash in her old face
WFO-You went to a dark place there friend.

JT - I've arguably been to a worse wedding. There was a cash bar

Moyer has caught the "ya knows" from Cole.

Actually, pretty much everyone has. On my work conference call today, "ya knows" were rampant. It's the new "um" or "like".

yeah,so............PHILS WIN!

Moyer grew up like 8 miles from where I did, but I've never heard anyone speak the way he does. Also, I love him.

if you don't know what the wrestlers are trying to do--how certain moves and holds are supposed to work and so forth, then it might just look like too sweaty guys rolling around on a mat.

Oh. I'm replying to a Steagles post. Um. OK.

He's like a father to me, yet without conveying a constant sense of disappointment.

I'm posting here mostly to honor Wiz and Moyer.

That was freakin' awesome.

I'm exhausted, and yet I know I won't be able to go to sleep. And at 8.30 I'm getting up to drive to Philly for the Eagles game, then dinner with the moms, then GAME FOUR MOTHER FUCKERS!!!!

Will try to post from there, because I'm a big lame. And because I luv you gahz.

leslie and steve-o talking about whether or not chooch's squib would have gone foul or not reminds me of the rowand swinging bunt against the mets. different year, good times.

Unbelievable.

We're two wins away from a World Championship guys. This is absolutely amazing.

Roller coaster rides are always much more fun when you live to tell about them. This is one of those.

I'm glad Joe Madden is such a goddamn genius. In game 4 I'm sure he'll reinvent the game
