Russillo: I swear we should just replace the word “upside” with the phrase “we don’t know how bad he could be.” Like everyone else, I’m not sure. He is a product of human nature; we don’t know enough about him, so we assume he is going to be good.

Didn't we determine Scout 1 is actually Ainge?

and "upside" is a noun while "we don't know how bad he could be" is a whole sentence, that doesn't even make sense
That guy has ridiculous we don't know how bad he could be

I think his comment was astute, and is often not considered enough. We're all human beings and we all bring our bias and prejudices, hopes and aspirations to the table in projecting players. I know for myself, having played the 4 & 5 when I played and with Wilt having been my idol, I'm particularly hopeful about bigs. I'm sure that influences my views on guys like Embiid and Vonleh. Was he condescending? Hear the message, not the messenger.

Hinkie is not a kind of talkative man, he would rather to preserve his energy and keep his mind fresh and BE STILL FOCUSed on his path to choose the RIGHT TARGETs to be pick that to improve his team in this coming draft "It's kind of meditate in different method to get a DEEP feel on the OBJECT(s)" and not to let his attention wandering around uncontrollably and be disturbed by those wishful thinking "TRASH" people out there from the media guys to other teams's sources that to automatically downloads and hijacked in His brain - pure - hard drive - system ah. He's not saying that at all. He was saying that, the less you know about a player, the more likely it is you'll project based on you're own human nature.
It's not binary. All he's saying is, in the absence of information, if you're going to project high, it's worth considering the alternative.
