Sources told ESPN.com's Andy Katz on Tuesday that Sacramento has narrowed its potential #8 draft pick trade partners down to Boston, Phoenix and Philadelphia -- three teams that have multiple first-round picks.

hmm

Rondo from Boston, MCW from Philly, no idea what Phoenix would be sending.

here's what i'm thinking is going to happen:

1) Sixers stay at #3 and draft PG dante exum
2) Sixers trade MCW to Lakers for Pick #7 and draft PF julius randle
3) Sixers stay at #10 and draft one of nik stauskas, gary harris, and dario saric
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

i think not having him for at least two years will make him at #10 less likely

Ton of stuff going on behind the scenes. Sixers won't be quiet, can promise that. -high school kid tweet

Tries to sound insidery by being vague and he basically can't be wrong by saying this. Sick of this.

I was just thinking almost exactly the same thing, except I figured the MCW trade would be to Sac for #8 and they'd definitely take Stauskas.

To be completely honest, I don't know any more than you do on that front, I just judge by what's reported and what actually happens. I think he has something, but I said the same thing before I was working there. I said last year that he seems to be right on a lot of small-picture things, and wrong on a lot of big-picture things, and I think that's the same way I feel today. Not entirely his fault, a lot of people get big picture things wrong.

I trust the Jakes and Derek's sources as much as I trust any beat writer in Philadelphia. When Derek went on last week about how he wasn't able to report the MCW rumors before Woj did, that was 1000% true.

But I do agree with Calvin that sometimes he throws those little bits out that are pretty vague which don't mean anything. He's still young and learning, if I had a source anywhere at 18 I'd have been absolutely insufferable, so I give him credit.

1. I think I have convinced myself that if Wiggins-Parker go 1-2 AND you can get the 7 for MCW AND keep the 10, then you take Exum at 3 and one of Vonleh, Randle, Embiid or Gordon at 7 and then Stauskas or McBuckets at 10.

2. Then again if it goes Wiggins-Parker 1–2 I wouldn't have a problem rolling the dice on Embiid at 3 either.

3. If it goes Wiggins-Exum I'd take Parker but I get the feeling not many here would.

If it goes Wiggins-Exum, I'm calling Utah and telling them that we'll pick Parker, but if Orlando takes Smart, take Embiid and Parker's yours (for a price)

Jake's reporting Milwaukee promised Parker, and I think he's right. The fact that Parker didn't work out for anyone past #2 stands out for me big time.

makes sense; and jives with the whole "well, we like dante exum just as much so go ahead and draft jabari cleveland" narrative that surfaced today. milwaukee calling the cleveland bluff. parker doesn't fit that cavs team AT ALL.

wiggins is going #1
