Someone taking on Boozer has been rumored forever.

Yeah, but the Bulls could just as easily amnesty him and they'd still need a few more million, so they might save this year's picks as ammo anyway. Wouldn't be surprised if they took Saric with one of their picks so they don't have to pay him.

Supposedly reinsdorf doesn't want to amnesty anyone which is where the boozer dump originated.

The Sixers and Cavs are playing chicken right now. I think the Cavs still want to draft Embiid. Tellem is trying to steer Orlando and Utah out of the picture, but Philly is the wild card because Hinkie doesn't care if Embiid plays this year. Philly is trying to convince Cleveland that if they trade down any further than 3, they aren't getting Embiid, because the Sixers will pick him. (Whether they actually will or not, I don't know.) So for Cleveland, it comes down to whether they're going to risk losing Embiid to add Derrick Favors and 23, or whether they take what Philly's offering and call it a day and just take Embiid at 3.
@goodmanespn
Trade offer: Chicago's Gar Forman offers No. 16 and No. 19 to Philly for McDermott??
