Yeah, it's annoying for those of us who recognize it for the boilerplate nonsense that it is.
The even worse version is on the rare occasion that I've made social media posts about a really bad company and had them respond publicly as if they are addressing my problem when they weren't. Had a huge fight with HH Gregg this summer about failed/delayed deliveries on products that I'd already purchased outright.
