Both. I blew .33's on the breathalizer and my blood was .334

My lawyer I talked to today asked if I was walking and I was. I passed the field portion of the test.

Damn, that's impressive. I know that if you have an open container or drink within some short time before the breathalyzer you can get the breathalyzer thrown out because it will read false high but if they got you on blood too. That's a lot

Yeah I had it coming I guess. The cop pretty much said what you just said. He was confident my blood wouldn't indicate what the breathalizer did.

Wake up call. Didn't get hurt or hurt anyone. I think me and the officer might have been the only people on the road within 20 miles but still.
