Sudden onset, or has this been ongoing?

Just in your back, or does it travel, say into your butt/legs?

What started the problem?

Well there's the thing. You don't want to stand up until you're already out of the car.

1) Just my lower back
2) I've always been horribly inflexible, pain started after working at the Costco in KoP moving carts and not being smart about how I was moving them.

A friend of mine who is a yoga instructor said the only time she worked with someone with a back like mine was a woman in her late 60s.

you should still get an opinion from a medical professional, like a doc or pt. yoga instructors don't take a lot of anatomy

seriously, my PT really helped me loosen my hips and strengthen my core. it's made things a lot easier. sitting all day at work isn't a natural thing for our backs, so get your chair decked out with proper support and learn all the stretches you can do for your hamstrings throughout the day.

When it was at it's worst I went and saw my PCP, he said he didn't see anything that looked serious. Agree that it's time I get my ass to some PT though.

They rebranded the team because of how popular it is so I doubt it.
