I had been backed up for like 3 weeks - nothing was working - coffee, teas, etc. had some Mexican food yesterday and evacuated a few lbs worth of food a couple hours later. was on the toilet for like 20 minutes. house stunk for hours after I was done despite candles and incense burning everywhere. feel much better though.

sorry to belabor this, but I think it's worth mentioning my energy levels are much higher now, and my mental state seems to be a lot more positive and productive.

I actually go by Rick, but I cannot pass up a good Dick pun.

I hadn't put two and two together until last year, but my grandfather, who went by Dick, was Dick Burns.
