Just in your back, or does it travel, say into your butt/legs?

What started the problem?

1) Just my lower back
2) I've always been horribly inflexible, pain started after working at the Costco in KoP moving carts and not being smart about how I was moving them.

A friend of mine who is a yoga instructor said the only time she worked with someone with a back like mine was a woman in her late 60s.

Sorry to hear that, man. Definitely get yourself to a PT when you get a chance (sooner would obviously be better). He or she will be able to parse out what tight muscles are the major culprit.

No offense to GPs, but they're not all that interested in the musculoskeletal system. They'll check you out - maybe rule out a disc issue - but, beyond that, can't offer much help.

Main culprits, typically - tight hamstrings, tight hip flexors, weak glutes - assuming no problems with the spine itself.

Stretching my hips for 20-30 seconds with a stretch like this always helps my back loosen up. Even more so than the hamstring stretch

http://6abc.com/news/10-arrested-after- ... 9/1290944/

1) My brother is involved
2) He paid the child support previously
3) They raided and searched my mom's house even after she gave them his new address
4) It's ridiculous because my mom basically raises the kid in question
5) they admitted to my mom the arrest warrant was issued erroneously.

So, this should be a fun lawsuit

edit: actually the judge told my brother directly he was the victim of a clerical error and should not have been arrested.

Ah geeze that sucks Soren, hope everything gets sorted out. Unfortunately stuff like that happens all the time, we got raided when we lived in Dover. Cops banging on the door at like 3:30 am woke us all up including 2 year old son. They were looking for a previous resident. I was pissed because in Dover you have to file your lease with the city, which we did through a real estate agent so it wasn't like we were lying or whatever. Anyway, they had the house surrounded and searched it and didn't find the guy they were looking for. I looked into it at the time and it happens pretty frequently and unfortunately you don't have much recourse and I found that a lot of times in these cases the police will keep coming back over and over and there isn't anything you can do about it. We were lucky that it was only once

Seems kind of counterintuitive to arrest people who aren't paying child support. They ain't gonna pay it in jail...
And they arrested a guy for $700 in back child support? Really?

The threat of jail was the only thing that got my sister's deadbeat babbydaddy to actually get a job and pay any support. It's hard to force action from a guy who has no real assets and lives with his parents like some John C. Reilly wannabe.

Ok, that makes sense, I was thinking these guys were employed and wondering why they don't garnish their wages instead of arresting them, but makes sense that they are unemployed/getting paid under the table and need that push to avoid jail.
