So people who follow a guy who says Mexico is not sending us their best people; they're rapists, they bring drugs and some, I assume, are good people, are not racist and stereotyping but those of us who believe those are racist and stereotypes views are stereotyping elitiists.

Palin started it i think. Victimhood used to be something I disdained on the left. It's taken over the right. It's even more gross on our side cause there's less actual grounds to the victimhood.

So the name that has come up with "prominent Republicans" for an independent candidate is. . .

Wait for it . . .

Rick Perry!

This azrider shit reminds me of a tweet I saw lately, but didn't save, something like this.

White person: if Trump wins I'm moving to Canada. Lol.

Mexican person: I'm legitimately scared for me and my family.

Is one of the best choices. Needs to be a conservative who has nothing to run for ever again.

For a country that supposedly loves a guy who "tells it like it is" we sure hate people who tell it like it is...

In the context of responding to my post the only possible interpretation of the pronoun them in your post is low income whites. So you see to be saying we should be looking down on them. I disagree. But I fear most so called progressives share your contempt of less fortunate white folks particularly those from rural and economically depressed areas.

dude, I AM one of the less fortunate white folk from a rural depressed area. I literally spent much of my childhood living in a trailer park.

I thought we were talking about racists. That's the them.

Who is it that's ignoring anyone?

Primary voters aren't general election voters. they're what, typically 20% to a quarter of party-affiliated voters? You might call them 'out on the wing', in both parties. There are stupid people who have money.

The trump protest was pretty fun. Now on to the fairgrounds to protest Bernie. I'm wearing a dickies shirt, dickies khakis and a bandana with a Mexicans for trump sign. Hopefully I can get on tv this time.

Oh ffs

TV, I get the feeling you're really eager to insinuate that poor white trash are no more likely to be racists than any other white people.

Ding ding ding. Except I'm not insinuating it. I'm trying to say it explicitly.

You should probably just do that then. Me, I just grew up amongst them kind, what should I know

But let's be clear - it's not a majority who are racist. It's a, let's call it a tendency that's more overt among a minority percentage of the poorer than among the less poorer

my brief google research led to an increased correlation between poor and low intelligence and also low intelligence and racism

Educated and affluent people are better at hiding their racism in their gated communities and segregated public schools.
