Yes. Yes he is underperforming. He's not winning large enough pluralities, provided sufficient shares of the vote are siphoned off to 2 or more other candidates, to secure the nomination - even if he wins ALL the WTA states.

And what polling there is in the post 3/15 non-WTA states suggests he would do even worse - provided Rubio and/or Kasich stays in, and register a sufficient pulse.
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

The Trump thing wouldn't be that funny if it was a movie for the sole fact that it would seem too implausible to be quality satire.

AP calls Michigan for Bernie. Pretty big upset given most polls had him 10-20+ % down.

Nate in the 538 chat pointed out something I noted awhile ago, a bunch of favorable Bernie states are coming up:

One reminder about the Democratic calendar: Although there are a lot of reasonably good Clinton states on March 15 — according to both polls and demographics — we then have a stretch of states that look quite strong for Sanders. These include Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Alaska, Washington, Hawaii, Wisconsin and Wyoming, all of which vote from March 22 to April 9.

So if Clinton underperforms her polls on March 15 in states such as Ohio as she did tonight in Michigan — and pollsters probably ought to be checking their turnout models carefully after tonight — she could have a really long few weeks ahead, even though Sanders’s delegate math remains highly challenging.

We probably killed The Chechen(an ISIL leader) in a Syrian airstrike

I knew Trump was gonna defeat ISIL

Huge win for Bernie in Michigan. This will probably help him now in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, etc.

Hillary will probably have the delegates but all of a sudden, this is not a landslide.

Good win for him. It was all about trade and independents voting in thr primary. Clinton won Democrats pretty handily, which will matter with states like PA with closed primaries.

He won't win but he's done a remarkable and good job. He will need to have a come to Jesus moment with his more fervent supporters at some point, though.

Rubio about to narrowly miss another threshold, this time in Idaho. Vaguely heartened that he didn't collapse there vs. his polls, but the uneven thresholds have completely fucked his delegate total.

Really think we'll see a complete overhaul by 2020 with the RNC making our process more like the Dems with more even rules across states (not sure we'll see complete proportionality, but probably more so) plus more unbound superdelegates.

Ran into a complete moron on twitter. He'd rather have Trump in the WH than Clinton if Bernie doesn't win.

Enjoy living in Brooklyn though, asshole. Keep singing in your band. Your life may not change but lots of others will be affected.

Zero delegates tonight. Maybe he'll get some in Hawaii. Thank God for Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

i'm not sure what the cutoff is for receiving delegates in Hawaii is, but Rubio currently sitting at 13%. might win 0 delegates on the night.
