I've been of the opinion for years that just about everyone should be in therapy at some period in their life. It's good that you're taking that step. It's NOT A SIGN OF WEAKNESS. Please understand that (I think you do).

Seriously, getting to understand yourself is one of the best gifts you can have, and it has been for me. I'm probably overdue for a series of sessions, it's been over ten years for me.
