have one, too much work to clean.

have to bang it on the inside of the garbage can to get the grinds out, then have to scrape, then have to run water in there to loosen the stubborn grinds, then have to scrape again. and nope, no garbage disposal.

'sides, already bought the above.

I don't have to get up for another 2 hours, but I'm wide awake. Wonder if I should go do some cardio or something productive at least or just lay here for the next two hours.

Went to Ruth's Chris for the first time for some work dinner. Hot take: it was garbage. Steaks not seasoned, just covered in butter. I asked for it medium rare and the waiter said he recommends a 'pittsburgh [something]' finish where they char one side. A steak can use a nice char so of course I said yes but they probably cooked it to medium rare then charred it for 20 seconds bring it firmly to medium. I can make a better steak at home with a water bath and some cast iron.
