cal, I got a place. had actually looked at west philly in my search. your situation sounds good. for now i think i am looking at a similar commute, 20 mi; 45 min.
bucky, I've been mostly relegated to side work. the extra time off has been good for me
I like this area a lot. If schools weren't an issue there wouldn't be a question of us staying. My daughter and son go to daycare in Germantown, so a lot of the parents we know and hang with sometimes live in my airy. A lot of young families there
What led you to my airy? How do you get to work? There is some shittiness going on with closed bridge that is going to be a huge pain in the ass
why is school an issue? i thought there were a lot of good schools around.
a friend of mine is living in a house there. I've known him forever and its a great space, been wanting to try out the city, but i like being in the burbs too. I'll still be working and driving to jersey, ben frank or tacony. What bridge closing are you referring to?

Bc the philly school district isnt the best and I don't want to risk getting into a shitty school. Not sure what schools you mean that aren't a fortune
The walnut lane bridge is closing this spring, and falls bridge is closing for "6 weeks". Gonna be a congested area for a while
We're going to India next month. My Ma just called and said her dad died. Sucks that my brother and me never got to see either of her parents again since 2000
Kinda don't wanna go to work today but I got all this shit to do
