Hillary has started to feel the Bern (Politics threat)

Mike Huckabee is a sack of shit. Hard to believe that some people (not me) actually believed at one time that he was a moderate voice in the GOP.

I just wanted to come here to post that. Carry on.

Was talking to a colleague of mine from another college and he was lamenting how thw hickabee who did a solid job with school funding (compared with the abbot mess in nj) and got working class kids healthcar has completely disappeared. Also as governor he was progressive on immigration.

That colleague by the way is openly gay.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2015/09/09/donald-trump-ted-cruz-to-headline-capitol-rally-against-iran-nuclear-deal/

Very little coverage of this and not chatter here? Trump trumps Cruz (his rumored ticket mate) with wacko rhetoric. Cruz would just tear up the treaty with Iran day one (and spread ACA with the other like any king would do when ruling by decree), but the Donald would renegotiate because the current admin are bumbling sorry excuses fir leadership and he is a master negotiator. Mean while Danny said something like he would make America winners again, so much so that we would get sick of winning. Too bad he is too old to get in the WWE ring.

Hillary chimed in that she would, as any American leader (tell the Mexicans and canooks), prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons any way necessary (glass factory option).

Banner day for the US electorate.

Trump the negotiator. But what happens if his foot starts hurting?

The stench when America convulsively shits Trump, and Cruz, and Mike Huckabee from its constipated collective political bunghole will be like napalm in the morning

i tried to listen to Sarah Palin's speech about Iran. I lasted three minutes. How does anyone listen to her? It's word salad. It's not even in full sentences. John McCain wanted us to believe this was a valid choice for president in case he could not fulfill his duties.

They had the megapowers together, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Michelle Bachmann, Donald Trump and Ted Cruz got together to blast the Iran deal at some rally in DC. sheesh

Cruz:
"I want to ask every Senate Democrat, 'How will you look in the eyes of the mother or father or sons or daughters of those who are murdered by jihadists, those Americans who are blown up, those American who are shot, those Israelis who are murdered?'" Cruz said. "And let me be clear if you vote to send billions of dollars to jihadists who pledge to murder Americans, then you bear direct responsibility for the murders carried out with the dollars you have given."

He said Democrats who support the deal should fall to their knees, pray, and reconsider their votes.

Huckabee and Cruz are going at each other over who gets to be with Kim Davis the most. Huckabee said Cruz went at the last minute but it's nice he showed up.

Survivor not the only pissed off American band. Michael Stipe says:

"Go f*** yourselves, the lot of you – you sad, attention grabbing, power-hungry little men,’ he said, via the Twitter account of bassist Mike Mills. ‘Do not use our music of my voice for your moronic charade of a campaign.’ Mills, 56, had previously tweeted: ‘Personally, I think the Orange Clown will do anything for attention. I hate giving it to him.’

The band's official statement:

"While we do not authorize or condone the use of our music at this political event, and do ask that these candidates cease and desist from doing so, let us remember that there are things of greater importance at stake here. The media and the American voter should focus on the bigger picture, and not allow grandstanding politicians to distract us from the pressing issues of the day and of the current Presidential campaign.”

Saw Trump and Palin spewing on some clips this AM.

It's funnier than SNL, but also tragickier.

isn't it always the way - kids choosing to go a different way than their parents.

Here, parent wants much less gov't, and child can't get enough of it....

I am not sure why (actually, yes I am) but the video of him, Kim Davis and her attorney standing on that stage with raised arms made me want to kick in my TV screen.

He's a good dude, but no one around here understands this decision (or at least isn't saying anything). My guess is that he legitimately believes what he says.
