The secret is that any path traveling over the dot will intersect the hole, so you can base your shots off aligning with that dot. Numberphile did a video on it recently that got me interested.

Some rules say you automatically win when pocketing the 8 ball off the break. Other rules state the ball is replaced or there is a re-rack. Weird.

We decided to make up a word for untrue stories and then put a "non" in front of to denote true(r) stories. It would make more sense to me if we made the word up for true stories and then use the "non" in front to denote false stories.
