Walker has won 3 highly contested elections in the past 5 years by decent margins in a state Obama won by more than he won PA in 2012. Don't think there's any reason to believe Walker would necessarily do any better or worse than the other GOP candidates in Pennsylvania. In a lot of ways Pennsylvania is more like Wisconsin than Florida.

Joining Fiorina will be Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. Fiorina's inclusion at the exclusive retreat comes as Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, who reportedly performed poorly at the Brothers' most recent "seminar" in January, will not court the powerful this weekend.
