He could win because I guess anything could happen. But it'd need to be Cruz or Trump for Sanders to have anything approaching the chance a generic Dem would have against a generic Republican this cycle.

Sadly he probably won't be the nominee so we won't get to see this tested. Although the more the email stuff drags on and no one else jumps in, it becomes increasingly sorta plausible.

I am honestly curious, did you use "sadly" because you think any GOP candidate would have a cake walk to the White House if they were against Bernie or because you actually like Bernie? Or both?

He's got a lot of "libertarians" on his side as well. The fact that he's the only candidate out there that is fighting for 2 of the things people most want(income equality and campaign finance reform) shouldn't be overlooked.
