When we were house shopping, our realtor told us several stories of walking in on people going at it. It probably happens a lot--couple gets divorced, needs to sell house, realtor makes arrangements with one of them to show the house, word somehow doesn't get to the other, who decides to use the house for a nooner.

there are a lot of them and they are nutso. one guy parked his dirt bike at the intersection i was waiting at and started yelling at someone who dared inch forward in their car while the light was green. would be surprised if none of them got run over at some point.
