My dogs are going to go crazy with all the doorbell ringing by the trick or treaters. Also, I'm lazy and don't want to go down 1 or 2 flights of stairs every time a kid comes. I'm thinking of just leaving a bowl of candy out front for the kids to take, but I'm a little bit worried that the first few kids will take like 10 and I'll run out really quick and then kids will ring and I'll have nothing left to hand out.

Welp, got some screaming going on in the apartment next to me. I’m no expert, but I think wifey just walked in on hubby who was engaged in sexual activity with someone who is not his wife. No word yet if painters or maids were involved.

According to Spaceflight Insider, those rockets were built over 40 years ago in Russia before being imported, refurbished and upgraded for use with Antares. One failed on the test stand earlier this year and another did the same in 2011, apparently due to "stress corrosion cracking."

Some info from a launch expert...

"The Antares rocket is a medium range expendable launch system developed by Orbital Science Corporation, a publicly traded US company with which NASA has contracted to deliver cargo to the International Space Station. Orbital sub-contracts all manufacturing to various sub-contractors. Orbital's recent merger with Alliant Techsystems (ATK) is a step towards future manned missions. The Antares rocket launches the Cygnus cargo spacecraft. The first stage of the Antares rocket is built by the Ukranian company Yuzhnoe and uses Aerojet AJ-26 engines which are Russian NK-33 engines. These are very old engines (built in the 1960s and '70s) that are refurbished. While it's not known if these were the cause of the explosion, they're an obvious bet and will likely be the primary suspect in the investigation. A recent test of one engine ended in failure."

My wife watched Gilmore girls, binge style, a few years back. I floated through for portions of it and it was entertaining enough. The dialogue is pretty snappy, it somewhat reminded me of Kevin Smith's style (without the raunch).

Visited our new Rally House for the first time today. Just like paying $38 for a t-shirt at the stadium but without the game. The best thing about the store was the selection of Union, Temple, Villanova, St. Joe's and Rutgers stuff that you usually don't see in local places, but everything was way overpriced
