i'd say it's alt-radio rock. all of those types of stations love saying the word "alternative" when describing their music so why not.

i don't mind or like about half the songs on a station like that. a typical radio rock station would be playing what housh was getting at earlier, imo, which i would like 0 songs on.

seattle has the worst classic rock stations, not that i'm missing out on much.

I just realized I'm not getting pop-up messages on PM's anymore. Probably since I got my new PC and started using chrome as my solitary browser. I see my settings still say to notify me of PMs- is it possible I have pop-ups blocked? Can I use Chrome to turn them on for BSG??

thanks pacman. I found the setting buried in chrome and allowed BSG popups. I would think there would some sort of indicator of blocked pop-ups somewhere....
