Is prime rib a particularly difficult cut of meat to cook properly or something? I have the worst luck in ordering it. I always order it medium rare and almost every time it's overcooked. Tonight it was damn near well done.

Prime Rib and Roasts are kind of difficult to me. Depends on the oven, you really need the meat thermometer and sometimes those are even faulty.
