Depends on the neighborhood. If it's families with young children, 10 am is probably safe. Also, if it's supposed to get hot, I think that gives you a reason to push it an hour earlier. But anything before 9 is pushing it.

Fudge. I was shooting for 9 am.

That is just what I want. People do it at 9 or 10 all the time in my neighborhood.

Telling me to "stick to weather and pizza" was the dead giveaway for me.

Aside from "brikadala" his favorite joke is telling people to tell people to "stick to ______________"

shit, you were in trying to fly through that? a guy at our company works out of loveland, co and he got his power knocked out for about an hour last night with that same area of storms. said the winds were 60-70 mph with heavy rain and frequent lightning. glad you're okay.

car update:
so this girl finally calls me thursday night at 730. says she's in paris so it's 130 there. she's flying into philly friday night at 730 and would like to pick car up on sunday cause she'll be jet-lagged. friday morning i get notice that her rental has been cancelled. couple hours later i get a frantic call from a different international number. it's her mom. says card was declined due to over limit or something but she will fix once she gets here. this morning she messages me and says her card won't work here, can she just pay me directly. so I guess that was the plan?
anyway the name of the girl they're using is very real. legit looking fb, twitter, linkedin, etc... i google her image and different pics of her come up with the same name. i've never been more confused.
