just make sure you boil the water first and then let it cool before using it in a netty pot. they do relieve pressure, i agree

I thankfully don't get them, but I know a few people who would get them frequently, including my wife, and all of them that started doing the Nettie Pot swear by it and its greatly reduced the reacurance of the infections.

I got a pack of Tylenol Cold (24 caplets), two 2 liter Pepsi, 2 large bags of Bugles, one Theater size box of Junior Mints, and a six pack of Kit Kats for $12.62.

I have six large bottles of NyQuil that expired in 2011. What kind of visions can I expect to see when I eventually get into this stuff?

Any time I use NyQuil I wake up completely drenched with sweat from head to toe. But it does work and I like the crazy dreams I have when I take it. Weird stuff.
