it means any immigrant who leverages the auto-citizenship of a baby born on US soil as a path to citizenship. As I said, it's insensitive, and originally referred to Vietnamese. Just because many illegal aliens are Hispanic doesn't make the phrase racist against Hispanics all of a sudden. If I say that Lacrosse players are jerks, is that racist against whites because most are white? Or if I said that basketball players are assholes, is that racist against blacks? No, it's an insensitive comment directed at lacrosse players, or at basketball players. But it's not racism, and I think it's abhorrent to toss around such accusations of racism with complete seriousness.
