Didn't even have to look to guess the PA Poll was Susquehanna (and I was right). They have a historically strong +Rep lean, and even that tie is a shift of like +4 or to Obama compared to the prior Susquehanna poll. 2 other polls showed Obama +6 and +3 (both those were actually slight +Romney shifts compared to prior polls from those firms). And the +3 is from the parent company of Rasmussen, which also has a historic +Rep lean.
Despite the last minute Romney play for PA, it would be quite a shock for it to be anything other than a fairly comfortable Obama win.
