eschewed Trader Joe's lunch meat in favor of getting some from a deli, then forgot to get some. putting cheese on a lot of random stuff these days and i ain't mad about it

Fish oil is pretty cheap, and I think the cholesterol thing is pretty well supported. Omega-3s are good for you.
