slept too long. happens all the time. don't sleep more than 9 hours, sleep in 1:30 increments. when you get up, get out of bed and drink water

I think you should be wary, but every situation is different

for me, my grad degree ended up being in a field that pretty much tanked and now my prospects are lame, but my student loan bills are exactly the same as they would be if I hadn't gone, so whatever
