Thoughts? Location seems pretty sweet. Mile walk to old city. Price includes a parking spot and a large onsite gym. A little more rent than I'd like, but with the parking spot and gym included, its close to my max (was hoping to max out around 1600). I assume I could probably get them down to 1700 maybe even 1650.
