Thoughts? Location seems pretty sweet. Mile walk to old city. Price includes a parking spot and a large onsite gym. A little more rent than I'd like, but with the parking spot and gym included, its close to my max (was hoping to max out around 1600). I assume I could probably get them down to 1700 maybe even 1650.

Personally don't like that area much. Pretty close to the bridge

This is why I feel like craigslist is a bad way to do this in Philly. I got to get my feet on the ground and figure this out. Moving from the Bay area, that rent doesn't seem ridiculous to me.

With regard to the deposit...almost every place I've seen on CL requires first/last/security. I haven't had to do more than first and security since, actually, ever.

Can't find the celebrity thread on the phone but I was just standing next to James Gandolfini and gave a quick hi since he was with his family

Do I want to live in the grad hospital area? I've been pretty set on trying to get somewhere that's walking distance to old city.

Didn't see it had to be close to old city. Like, The Dude, I'm gonna need some good reasons.

Because I thought it'd be cool to live in that general area like 10 years ago. Is this not the case? I'm open to suggestions. Washington Square wold be ideal.
