So my rainy-day/winter project is going to be a 10-leaf, 15 foot max/5 foot min expandable amish dining table, complete with sliding dovetail rails. I'm really itchin' to get started. Why can't they just pay me my day-job salary and let me do whatever the heck i want with my time

If you're gonna go through the trouble of making a jig, why stop at just 1 or 2 leafs

Yes, thanks Woody. I had no idea why the portion size was tiny. You have opened my eyes.

The point is 20c less for half the food is not value, and both suck anyway.

That is EXACTLY what I'm trying to do. Who said anything about 1 or 2??

Just sharing what my logic would be for 10 leafs. Then again, I'm lazy so I might just do one 10 foot leaf.


I've been thinking about making a simple work bench for my drill press and stuff, just haven't had the time.
